The 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Eastern Suburbs Cricket Club (Waverley) Incorporated will be held as follows:
Date: Monday 27th July 2026
Time: 6:30pm
Location: Tea Gardens Hotel, Bondi Junction
Three documents are attached:
- Formal Notice of the AGM, including an Agenda of business
- Minutes of the 2025 AGM
- Management Committee Nomination Form
The 2026 Annual report will be released prior to the meeting.
The entire community is invited to attend. Only Playing Members, Financial Non-Playing Members and Life Members are eligible to vote. Non-financial non-playing members can become financial by renewing their Club Dolphin Membership here.
If you wish to nominate for election to the Management Committee, please complete the attached nomination form and return to secretary@eastscricket.com.au by 6:30pm Monday 20 July 2026. The form must be signed by two nominating club members and the nominee. Electronic signatures are acceptable.
The club has an electronic signature system available for use. If you require assistance with electronic signatures:
- Fill in the names of the Nominators and Nominee on the nomination form
- Forward the form to secretary@eastscricket.com.au and provide the email addresses of the three people named on the form
- The form will be sent for electronic signature by all three parties
