There was no joy for our Eastern Suburbs Men's Kingsgrove Sports T20, who lost to Western Suburbs in Kingsgrove Sports T20 Cup & Kingsgrove Sports Poidevin-Gray Shield action.
Western Suburbs finished on 2/220, and we finished on 10/143. Credit to Joshua Clarke, who made a half-century (83) for the visitors. Harjas Singh passed fifty for our opponents, finishing with 64.
Marcus Atallah's 29 off 18 balls was the highlight with the bat. Muhammad Irfan was the main threat for the visitors, taking three for 31.
Not our day, but there's plenty to work with.
Back to the nets, and on to the next one.
